Eric Mirich
OWNER/OPERATOR
Eric is a husband, father of three boys and a former baseball athlete living in Santa Monica, California. A native of Indiana, he is the son of a Cardiologist and a Healthcare Administrator and the youngest of five children. Eric grew up playing every sport under the sun, but his true passion was baseball. He played Little League, Babe Ruth, Legion Ball and High School baseball. Eric was fortunate enough to be included on All Star teams, State Champion teams, nationally ranked teams and honored to be a Team Captain. After high school, Eric went on to receive a bachelor’s degree in biology from Boston College and a Masters degree in Hospital Administration from IUPUI. His professional career involved stops at Mass General Hospital where he specialized in physician profiling, a stint in the entertainment industry as a director on CSI: Miami and most recently serving as a general manager at the lifestyle company, Bay Club, in El Segundo, Ca. After 7 years with The Bay Club Company, Eric decided to launch his own business. Pacific Coast Baseball + Athletic Club is a perfect marriage of his fitness knowledge, creative entrepreneurial spirit, and love of baseball. Eric dreams of creating an environment where the next generation of athletes can receive proper fitness instruction, sports injury rehabilitation and access the latest in baseball/softball technology to safely take their game to the next level.

Riley S.
COACH
Riley Smith is a renowned fitness expert with over 12 years of experience in sports performance, personal training, and recovery. As a former professional football player turned Certified Personal Trainer and Strength Coach, Riley brings a unique perspective to his training programs. His motto, "We Get 1% Better Everyday," reflects his dedication to continuous improvement and growth. Drawing upon his own experiences as a professional athlete with a 50-inch vertical and 4.3 40 speed, Riley has developed innovative training programs that have positively impacted over 2,000 athletes worldwide. His passion for fitness and sports performance shines through in his work, where he combines his personal insights with his extensive education. Riley's commitment to ongoing learning has seen him earn over 6 prestigious certifications, including the CSCS, NASM, Precision Nutrition, and FMS. This diverse skill set allows him to provide tailored coaching to clients, addressing their individual needs and goals while prioritizing injury prevention and performance optimization. Known for his ability to adapt training methodologies and stay abreast of the latest research and technology, Riley is a sought-after trainer both in-person and online. His holistic approach to training focuses on building strength, power, endurance, and athleticism in a sustainable and enjoyable way, catering to clients ranging from elite athletes to beginners. Aris M.
COACH
A native of the Los Angeles area, Aris grew up a multi-sport athlete and eventually decided to focus her attention fully on softball during her later high school years. With a goal of competing in Division I softball, she earned a spot on the San Diego State team as a true walk-on under Head Coach Kathy Van Wyk. A slap hitter with a ton of speed, Aris spent her first two years primarily as a pinch runner for the program before eventually earning a starting spot in the outfield and being awarded an athletic scholarship her senior year. During her time with the Aztecs she earned honors including: 2019 Mountain West All-Academic Team, and finished 4th in SDSU Career Stolen Base Percentage. Since graduating from SDSU in 2019, Aris has spent her time with Major League Baseball as an intern with the Baseball and Softball Development Department, and a softball instructor at the Compton Youth Academy, following her passions for youth and sports. She’s excited for the new opportunities Pacific Coast will bring for current and future athletes!

Noe V.
COACH
Noe Vera is a proud Angeleno and lifelong Los Angeles native. Growing up baseball has always been his greatest passion. After playing the sport from a young age and continuing through four years at St. Bernard High School, Noe shifted his focus in college from playing baseball to coaching it, channeling his love for the game into helping others succeed.
He pursued his passion further by studying kinesiology and earning certifications in personal training through ISSA. Noe began his coaching career with the St. Monica High School baseball program, primarily focusing on strength and conditioning. In 2020, he expanded his expertise as a personal trainer, working with clients at LA Fitness, Equinox, and the YMCA.
Specializing in strength conditioning and performance, Noe is committed to helping young athletes develop their skills and achieve their dreams. His dedication has led to many of his athletes earning scholarships to college, a testament to his impact on their growth and success. Noe’s ongoing mission is to inspire and guide the next generation of athletes to reach their full potential.

Leah Tsui
Nutrition
Leah Tsui, MS, RDN, LDN (she/her) is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and owner of Limitless Nutrition, her virtual private practice based in Los Angeles, CA, US. Health has always been at the forefront of her career, and helping athletes has been her driving passion. Leah graduated with her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology, with an emphasis on Nutrition and Metabolism from the University of Southern California. She went on to earn her Master of Science degree in Human Nutrition from Drexel University, and completed the 1200-hour ACEND®-accredited supervised practice program at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Los Angeles.
As a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, she works with folks at all levels of athleticism (professional, collegiate, and recreational) to improve their relationship with food, body, and movement. Leah uses a weight-inclusive, anti-diet approach, and works towards enhancing clients’ experiences with food and nutrition to be fun, pleasurable, and satisfying. Limitless Nutrition offers 1:1 counseling, webinars, and the No Limits Coaching Group (an in-person nutrition coaching group that embraces Intuitive Eating and performance nutrition). In 2021, Leah became a CF-L1 coach at her local gym, Amp Association in Santa Monica. She loves to bring performance nutrition into the workout setting, focusing away from calories burned and more towards finding joy in movement. For fun, Leah loves to cook, read novels, travel, and has run in several relay races from LA to Las Vegas, Palm Springs, and San Diego.
